Orientation

Orientation will be held at the head office for approximately one month after joining the company.

Training of new employees

This course is aimed at salespeople and assistants who have been with the company for 1 to 3 years and will learn the basics of work.

  • Basic knowledge of various products (wires, connectors, printed circuit boards)
  • Harness processing training (stripping, crimping, soldering, inspection), estimation work
  • Training related to ISO, CSR, and customer requirements ・Fault handling
  • Environmental control substance investigation ・Computer system training

Mid-level employee education

We provide training for mid-career employees who have been with the company for three years to acquire product knowledge and specialized knowledge.

  • Overseas training (visits to major companies in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Vietnam, and Thailand)
