Health checkup/cancer screening
Our company is registered as a cancer control promotion company action partner company. We provide free screening for five major cancers (stomach cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and uterine cancer) during the annual health checkup. Additionally, prostate cancer screening can be added.
We aim to be a company where employees can work with peace of mind and families can live with peace of mind.

If you are unable to commute from your place of residence to your place of work, we have a system in place to subsidize your rent. Rent assistance is also available if you are transferred due to personnel changes.

Our company has a special leave system that includes congratulatory and condolence leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, family care leave, maternity checkup leave, prenatal and postnatal leave, and volunteer leave.

Spouse health checkup
Once a year, dependent spouses can receive the same health checkup as our employees. This is our unique system that takes into account the health of your family.
Healthy teeth are not only necessary for enjoying meals and living a rich life, but they also play an important role in maintaining physical health. We have a system in place where the first dental checkup is free of charge. Once a year, you can receive the initial dental examination fee (up to 3,000 yen) as covered by the company.
Every year around November, we provide influenza vaccinations to all employees who wish to do so in preparation for the winter influenza outbreak.
As part of our childcare support project, we have established a work-from-home system. Employees who are raising children who are not yet in elementary school can work from home.
We will support employees who aim to balance work and childcare.
We have a system in place to rehire employees who have left the company due to childcare, nursing care, or infertility treatment.

Bachelor qualification assistance
We have a system in place to subsidize a portion of the cost (300,000 yen) for employees who study at a communications university and obtain a bachelor's degree.
We support employees who earn a bachelor's degree while working.
Scholarship repayment support system
This is a system in which companies support part of the refund amount for employees who have received loan-type scholarships. We will provide support of up to 30,000 yen/month to employees up to the age of 30.
In addition to childcare leave for children, we have a system in place that employees who are grandparents can use to raise their grandchildren.
